William (Billy) Dugger, 61, passed away in Bellevue, Idaho on September 09, 2026. He was born to William and Colleen Dugger on February 22, 1965 in Ketchum, ID. His passion has always been to be out in nature doing stuff he enjoyed such as fishing in still water, hunting, camping, karaoke and loved to ride his motorcycle. 

Preceded in death by William Dugger ( Father ) , Colleen Dugger (Mother), Teresa Coats(Sister), Bryce Dugger (Grandson), and Chayton Owens (Grandson). He will be missed by Debbie Adams (Paul), David Dugger (Kandi), William (Nephew),  Amanda (Niece), Kayla Dugger (Aaron), Stormy and Rainyy (Granddaughters), Kris Dugger (Son). 

There will be services held at Wood River Chapel, Sept. 22, 2026 at 2:00 pm, and visitation on Sept. 21-22 from 5-9pm.
