Victoria Cenarrusa

August 18, 1960 — March 15, 2026

Carey, Idaho

Victoria Collett Cenarrusa, beloved mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away on March 15, 2026, at the age of 65.

Victoria was born on August 18, 1960, in Chicago, Illinois. Victoria lived a life defined by kindness, strength, and devotion to her family and community. She was known for her warm spirit, generous heart, and unwavering support for those she loved.

Victoria devoted much of her life to Idaho Power, where her hard work, kindness, and unwavering compassion left a lasting mark on everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. But beyond her professional life, her greatest pride and deepest joy were her boys. She poured her heart into raising them, always watching over them with love and care, making sure they were safe as they rode their dirt bikes across town.

Victoria is survived by her devoted husband of 45 years, James Cenarrusa, along with their children, Jared (Kelsey), Jack (Angelica): 4 grandchildren who will carry forward her legacy of love and resilience.

Victoria’s greatest joy was her family. She took pride in nurturing those she loved, always offering encouragement, wisdom, and unconditional love. Her legacy will live on in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Victoria’s door was always open. To her, her boys’ friends were never just visitors; they were part of the family. She fed them, laughed with them, looked out for them, and loved them as if they were her own. Her home became a safe and joyful place that so many will always remember

A celebration of life for Victoria Collett Cenarrusa will be held at a later time. We look forward to honoring her memory together and will share details as they become available.

Victoria’s life was a gift to all who knew her, and she will be deeply missed.
