Rebecca Lynn Peck

Dec 22, 1972 — Jul 21, 2026

Carey, Idaho

Rebecca Lynn Peck born on December 22, 1972, in Granada Hills, Los Angeles, California,  was freed from the fetters that her damaged earthly body constrained her to on July 21, 2026, at her home in Carey, Idaho. She was preceded in her death by her mother Maragaret Marie Dye Essl Johns and father Clark Anson Krantz Wardle.

Being left paralyzed on her left side following a car accident as she entered adulthood, she never gave up and never let anything stop her from doing what was important in life. She knew how important it was for people to feel their Heavenly Father and Savior Jesus Christ's love and constantly found ways to emulate it towards others.

Being the diligent disciple of Christ, that she was, she served in various callings as a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She served as a Relief Society Secretary, Primary Teacher, Youth Sunday School Teacher, Face book Missionary Specialist, and Relief Society Assistant Service Coordinator. She felt her most important calling in this life was that of a wife and mother.

She enjoyed spending time with her family, serving others, cooking meals, baking goodies, and watching her children grow up. What made her most happy in this life was witnessing her children's accomplishments and cheering them on always.

She is survived by her husband of 29 years, Roger, her children Raymond, Roy, Richaela, and Ranessa. She also is survived by her brothers Carl and Brian Essl, and her sister Stacey Montoya.

Funeral services will be held at 11am, Saturday, August 1, 2026, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Carey, Idaho, with visitation at 10-11 am. Interment to follow services at the Carey Cemetery.
