Barbara Ann Maxwell
Barbara Ann Maxwell 69, died Thursday September 9, 2010 at her home in Boise, Idaho. Barbara was born October 30, 1940 in Nampa, Idaho.
Barbara grew up in Nampa where she met her husband Wayne Maxwell. They were married December 8th, 1954. They later moved to Oklahoma and eventually returned to Idaho. After years in Nampa they relocated to Ketchum to enjoy the outdoors. Upon retiring she and Wayne became “snow birds” wintering in Arizona and summering in Bellevue. In 2009, they moved to Elk City, Idaho and most recently have been living in Boise, Idaho.
Barbara was a Beautician, Sunday school teacher and Restauranteur. She enjoyed quilting, painting, cake decorating and jewelry making.
Barbara has dedicated her life to family and friends. She was very involved with her family lives and very close with her twelve grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Barbara is survived by her husband Wayne Maxwell of Boise, Idaho; three daughters: Teresa Shannon (Kelly) and her son Kelly James Jr. of Bellevue, Susan Maxwell of Arizona and her daughter Mellisa of Boise, Pamela Perryman and children Randy and Raquel Perryman, Erica Maxwell and Joey Richardson of Hailey, Idaho; two sons: Rick Maxwell (Dianne) and children Rick Jr., David, Katey Maxwell of Bellevue, Jeff Maxwell (Nita) and children Tonya Wilson, Jessica and Jeff Jr. Maxwell of Elk City, Idaho; sister, Julie Joss (Brian) and children Mary and Elizabeth of Clarkston, WA; brother Ron Hall (Carol) and children, Pricilla and Norman of Homedale, Idaho.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Estelle Kenner, brother, Donald Hall and sister, Linda Parsons.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 14, 2010 at the Wood River Assembly of God.
