Life Story for
Gregory Michael Cordovano
Greg Cordovano was born Nov. 28, 1945, in New York City. He left this world on Aug. 3, 2016, at Bell Mountain Nursing Facility.
Greg married Denise when he was 40 and they left their extended families on the East Coast to move to Idaho to build a new life. Going from sailing the seas in the East to riding the mountains in the West, he was always an incredible athlete. He excelled in karate, mountain biking, sailing, tennis and the list goes on. Loving nature, he preferred being outside more than in, unless Denise was feeding the family pasta. Family and home were the most important to him. He and Denise enjoyed raising their two children, Spencer and Maddie. As a master craftsman, his passion was antique furniture restoration. As a man of integrity he was always willing to help a friend or neighbor.
As a father, he was protective and a guiding force. As a husband, he revealed his sweet and soft side. The motorcycle accident in 2009 changed all of our lives and we rest easy knowing he is no longer in pain. Please join us on Saturday, Aug. 27, at our home in Deer Creek at 4 p.m. as we celebrate the life of such a talented and unforgettable man. In lieu of flowers, donate to Swiftsure Ranch, where he received rehabilitation therapy, or 4-H Horse, due to his years of dedication to the equine world. Rest easy, Gregory, we love you.
